Menus:

Apple menu
About...    Brings up a small blurb in a dialog about this application.
Help        This item will bring up the help area (this window).

File menu
New          This command is used to begin a new game.  If there is game in play which is "dirty" (cards have been moved) and there is a history entry for the current player, you will be warned about the implications of starting a new game.

Edit menu
Not implemented.  Here for usage in dialogs.

Options menu
History      This command will hide or display the history area as appropriate.
Sound        This toggles the use of sounds on or off.
